Annual Service Report. The Contractor shall submit an Annual Report on or before July 31st each year, for the term of the contract, to the Department Contract Manager. Reports shall be detailed by each Eligible User and also include a summary of the details for the State as a whole. The format of the report and level of detail shall be mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the Department and shall include at a minimum the following:
Annual Service Report. 31.3.1 Without prejudice to any other provision in this Contract the Contractor shall at its own cost, provide to the Lead Authority a written report (the “Annual Service Report”) in accordance with the requirements set out in the Best Value Method Statement.
Annual Service Report. 28.2.1 Without prejudice to any other provision in this Agreement the Contractor shall no later than twenty (20) Working Days from 1 April in any one Contract Year, in each Year of the Contract Period, at its own cost, provide to the Authority a written report (the “Annual Service Report”) in a form intimated by the Authority (from time to time) and agreed by the Contractor both Parties acting reasonably.
