Explanation of Variable Rates If the Prime Rate increases, variable APRs (and corresponding DPRs) will increase. In that case, you may pay more interest and may have a higher Minimum Payment Due. When the Prime Rate changes, the resulting changes to variable APRs take effect as of the first day of the billing period. The Daily Periodic Rate (DPR) is 1/365th of the APR, rounded to the nearest one ten-thousandth of a percentage point. The variable penalty APR will not exceed 29.99%. How Rates and Fees Work
DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTOR PRICE LIST AND CONTRACT APPENDICES Contractor shall provide Authorized Users with electronic copies of the Contract, including price lists and Appendices, upon request. Contract Updates will be handled as provided in Appendix C – Contract Modification Procedures.
FIXED RATES If a fixed rate is in this Agreement, it is based on an estimate of the costs for the period covered by the rate. When the actual costs for this period are determined, an adjustment will be made to a rate of a future year(s) to compensate for the difference between the costs used to establish the fixed rate and actual costs.
FIXED AMOUNTS The fixed amounts contained in Section I of this agreement are based on an estimate of the costs that will be incurred during the period to which the amounts apply. When the actual costs for this period are determined, any differences between the fixed costs used as an estimate and the actual costs will be considered in a subsequent agreement.
Commercial Price List Reductions Where NYS Net Prices are based on a discount from Contractor’s list prices, price decreases shall take effect automatically during the Contract term and apply to Purchase Orders submitted on or after the date Contractor lowers its pricing to its customers generally or to similarly situated government customers during the Contract term; or
Investment Description Each Fund will invest and reinvest its assets in accordance with the investment objective(s), policies and limitations specified in the prospectus (the “Prospectus”) relating to such Fund filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) as part of the Fund’s Registration Statement on Form N-1A, as it may be periodically amended or supplemented and in accordance with exemptive orders and no-action letters issued to the Trust by the SEC and its staff.
Account Types The Financial Institution agrees that each Collateral Account is, and will be maintained as, either a “securities account” (as defined in Section 8-501 of the UCC) or a “deposit account” (as defined in Section 9-102(a)(29) of the UCC).
Changes in Interest Rate, etc Each Floating Rate Advance shall bear interest on the outstanding principal amount thereof, for each day from the date such Advance is made or is converted from a Eurodollar Advance into a Floating Rate Advance pursuant to Section 2.9 to the date it is paid or is converted into a Eurodollar Advance pursuant to Section 2.9, at a rate per annum equal to the Alternate Base Rate for such day. Changes in the rate of interest on that portion of any Advance maintained as a Floating Rate Advance will take effect simultaneously with each change in the Alternate Base Rate. Each Eurodollar Advance shall bear interest on the outstanding principal amount thereof from the first day of each Interest Period applicable thereto to the last day of such Interest Period at the Eurodollar Rate applicable to such Eurodollar Advance based upon the applicable Borrower's selections under Sections 2.8 and 2.9 and otherwise in accordance with the terms hereof.
Contract Changes Changes may not be made in the terms and conditions of this contract without the agreement and written permission of the Director of Residence Life or the Director’s designee.
