Common use of Bi-Weekly Daily Rate Clause in Contracts

Bi-Weekly Daily Rate. Bi-weekly payment to employees in a class for which a daily rate rather than a monthly rate has been herein established shall be made on the basis of the actual days worked during the bi- weekly pay period multiplied by the daily rate.
