Common use of Bi-Weekly Progress Meeting Clause in Contracts

Bi-Weekly Progress Meeting. The Buyer shall participate in a Bi-Weekly Progress Meeting once every two weeks at a place and time mutually agreeable to all parties either on site or by teleconference. The Buyer’s representative in attendance shall be authorized to make management decisions relative to the requirements of the Contract. The Bi-Weekly agenda is contained in Appendix B.
