Bid Contract Sum Sample Clauses

Bid Contract Sum. Owner shall pay Contractor the Contract Sum for Contractor’s performance of the Contract. The Contract Sum shall be a base bid of Nine Hundred Seventy‐Eight Thousand and Six Hundred Seventy‐Seven DOLLARS AND 00/100 ($978,677), subject to additions by alternates or additions and deductions as provided in the Contract Documents. This Contract Sum shall represent the Total Construction and Renovation Cost for the Project.
