Bid Contract Sum. Owner shall pay Contractor the Contract Sum for Contractor’s performance of the Contract. The Contract Sum shall be a base bid of FOUR HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR DOLLARS AND 00/100’S ($448,574.00), subject to additions by alternates or additions and deductions as provided in the Contract Documents. This Contract Sum shall represent the Total Construction and Renovation Cost for the Project.
