Bidding Process. In order to be considered for a part-time position (or job-share position) under this program, an eligible employee must submit a written request to the Operations Manager or designee no later than one (1) month before the regular semi-annual sign-up process is scheduled to begin. (Based on the current collective bargaining agreement, one month before the regular semi- annual sign-up process is January 1 and July 1.)
