Bill Payment Limits. The Bill Payment Service is subject to limits on the amount, type and frequency of transactions the Client can make using the Bill Payment Service, including daily, weekly, and monthly limits. These limits will be disclosed to you as required by Applicable Law and may be made available to you when you open your Bill Payment Account, sign up for the Bill Payment Service, or subsequently made available to you on our website or the Service Provider’s website or platform. In addition, the Bill Payment Service may not be used for any transaction that will cause the Client to exceed any transaction limitation that applies to the Bill Payment Account pursuant to the Agreement and any other terms governing the Bill Payment Account. Bank may modify these limits and add others at any time at Bank’s option, and will disclose such changes to Client as required by Applicable Law. There are other limits on the amount, type and frequency of Bill Payments that you may make using the Bill Payment Service, and we may not disclose such limits to you, or any changes to such limits, to protect the security of an account or system. Client agrees to provide Bank with any and all information needed to establish such limitations and shall not accept or attempt to process Bill Payments in excess of the maximum limitations established by Bank. Client may request a modification of the limits that apply to the Client’s use of the Bill Payment Service, provided, however, that such requests will require an application to the Bank, and the review and approval of the Bank, which may be declined by the Bank for any reason in its sole discretion. The Bank may refuse to process any request for a Bill Payment in connection with this Service for any reason, subject to Applicable Law.
Bill Payment Limits. Standard. You may not schedule any individual Bill Payment in an amount greater than‌ Commercial. Bill Payment for commercial customers may not exceed $25,000.00 per transaction, nor, in the aggregate on any one business day, more than $100,000.00.‌ Bill payment limit amounts are subject to change at the Bank’s discretion.‌

Bill Payment Limits. We may at our sole discretion impose limits on the amount of payments you may initiate in Bill Payment. First Bank will use reasonable efforts to make all your payments through Bill Payment properly. However, First Bank shall incur no liability if First Bank is unable to complete any payments initiated by you because of the existence of any one or more of the following circumstances:
