Common use of Billable Personnel Classification Table Clause in Contracts

Billable Personnel Classification Table. Promptly after this Agreement becomes unconditional, Aurizon Network must prepare, and must vary so that it remains up-to-date, a document (Billable Personnel Classification Table) which sets out, in respect of each person who is Billable Personnel utilised by Aurizon Network in connection with the provision of the Services or the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, the Billable Personnel Class to which that Billable Personnel belongs, for the purposes of calculating Internal Costs.
