BillPay Service. When you apply for the Billpay Service you must designate your Checking Account as the account from which payments that you authorize will be deducted. You will be given the ability to set up merchants, institutions or individuals that you would like to pay. You have the option to set your payments up as recurring or manual one time payments. You are not permitted to designate governmental agencies or courts. We reserve the right to not allow the designation of a particular merchant or institution. You may not use this service to pay taxes. Unless advised otherwise, payments may only be made to payees located in the United States. You or any persons who you have authorized to use your Billpay Service, Online Banking Service, sign-on Password or any access code can perform the following transactions:
BillPay Service. Make bill payments to approved merchants and other approved parties from your checking account(s). Refer to the iPay BillPay Agreement within Online Banking for detailed instructions. You agree to hold harmless First Community Credit Union in the event an incorrect phone number or email address is provided. You may make payments/transfers not to exceed $9,999.99 per day.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.

  • Depot Service If depot service is included with Your Agreement, We will provide 3-way shipping to and from a depot service center of Our choice.

  • Universal service 1. Each Party has the right to define the kind of universal service obligations it wishes to maintain.

  • Maternity Services Your benefits for maternity services are the same as your benefits for any other condition and are available whether you have Individual Coverage or Family Coverage. Benefits will be provided for delivery charges and for any of the pre­ viously described Covered Services when rendered in connection with pregnancy. Benefits will be provided for any treatment of an illness, injury, congenital defect, birth abnormality or a premature birth from the moment of the birth up to the first 31 days, thereafter, you must add the newborn child to your Family Coverage. Premiums will be adjusted accordingly. Coverage will be provided for the mother and the newborn for a minimum of:

  • Hospitality Service Sprint shall provide all blocking, screening, and all other applicable functions available for hospitality lines under tariff.
