Bills and Charges. All bills and statements for reimbursement or other payments or charges due from Tenant to Landlord hereunder shall be due and payable in full fifteen (15) days after submission thereof by Landlord to Tenant unless otherwise provided herein. Tenant's failure to make timely payment of any amounts indicated by such bills and statements, whether for work done by Landlord at Tenant's request, reimbursement provided for by this Lease or for any other sums properly owing by Tenant to Landlord, shall be treated as a default in the payment of Annual Fixed Rent, in which event Landlord shall have all rights and remedies provided in this Lease for the nonpayment of Annual Fixed Rent.
Bills and Charges. The Commission shall have authority to contract for needed supplies, services and equipment and to pay for such from its budget and to maintain an account with a bank for such purpose and for deposit of all sums received by it.
