User access to specific Internet Resources, or categories of Internet Resources, deemed inappropriate or non- compliant with this Policy may be blocked or restricted. A particular website that is deemed acceptable for use may still be judged a risk to the City (e.g., it could be hosting malware, etc.), in which case it may also be subject to blocking or restriction. Any attempt to circumvent or disable Internet blocking will result in immediate termination of technology privileges. The City also retains sole discretion to use hardware or software that screens e- mails for harmful or potentially dangerous content. E-mail messages that contain harmful or potentially dangerous content will not be delivered to or from Users.
