Relationship with Others. Employee works effectively and courteously with fellow employees, students and the public.
Relationship with Others. The parties agree that the profitability and goodwill of the Company depend on continued amicable relations with its suppliers and customers, and the Employee: (a) except on behalf of the Company, will not approach for any reason, nor solicit any business of any kind from, any former, present or future customer of the Company; or (b) cause, request or advise any suppliers or customers of the Company to curtail or cancel their business with the Company. Nothing in Section 9(a) shall, after termination of the Employee's employment with the Company for any reason, prevent the employment of the Employee by a customer or supplier of the Company unless such employment violates Section 12(a) of this Agreement. This provision shall apply to any customers or suppliers of the Company during the three (3) year period prior to the termination of the Employee's employment or to Persons with an active proposal from the Company on the date of the termination of the Employee's employment. This provision shall apply for five (5) years after termination of the Employee's employment with the company if the termination is for Cause and for one (1) year if the termination is for any other reason.

Relationship with Others. The parties agree that, during the Stockholder's relationship with the Company, the Stockholder has had unique and extensive exposure to and personal contact with customers and employees of the Business, and such contact has enabled the Stockholder to establish a unique relationship with these customers and employees that, unless restricted, could enable the Stockholder to compete unfairly with the Company and cause the Company irreparable injury. The parties further agree that the profitability and goodwill of the Company depend on continued amicable relations with its customers and prospective customers, and employees, and the Stockholder will not, during the 5 year period after the Closing Date, cause, induce, attempt to induce, request, solicit, attempt to solicit or advise (a) any supplier of the Company, or any customers, prospective customers, distributors, resellers or independent contractors of the Company to curtail, harm, cancel or terminate their patronage of the Business, or relationships with the Company; or (b) any employee of the Company to terminate the employee's employment as such in order to become an employee, consultant or independent contractor to or for any Competitor or to or for any person or entity with which the Stockholder is associated in any way; provided, that the foregoing restriction in clause (b) shall not apply to responses to general advertisements, public notices or similar public postings made by or for the Stockholder, or to solicitations by a placement agency, in each case as to which the Stockholder had not targeted the hiring of any such employee. Nothing in this Section 2.2 shall prevent the employment of the Stockholder by a customer or supplier of the Company unless such employment violates Section 3.1 or constitutes a specific violation of this Section 2.2.

Relationship with Others. Users must respect the rights of other Users and the Public. Users shall not use City Technology Resources or Personal Technology Resources to invade the privacy of another person, ascertain confidential information, or abuse or harass another person.
Relationship with Others. The CONSULTANT shall cooperate fully with the DEPARTMENT, CONSULTANTS on adjacent PROJECTS, municipalities and local government officials, public utility companies and others as may be directed by the DEPARTMENT. These shall include attendance at meetings, discussions and hearings as requested by the DEPARTMENT. The FHWA shall have access to the SERVICES and shall be furnished information as their interests may require.
Relationship with Others. The CONSULTANT shall cooperate fully with GDOT, other consultants on adjacent or related projects, municipal and other interested local government officials, utility companies, railroads, and others, as may be directed by GDOT. Such cooperation shall include attendance at meetings, discussions, and hearings, as may be requested by GDOT, furnishing plans and other data produced in the course of work for GDOT projects, as may be requested from time to time by GDOT to effect such cooperation, and compliance will all directives issued by GDOT.
