Blue Stake. CONTRACTOR is required to notify Blue Stake (263-1100) prior to the excavation of any material in accordance with A.R.S. § 40-360.22. CONTRACTOR shall directly contact GILBERT for marking of electrical for traffic signals, sprinkler and irrigation facilities.
Blue Stake. PAETEC and its subcontractor(s) shall comply with A.R.S. §§ 40-360.21 through 40-360.32 by participating as a member of the Arizona Blue Stake Center with the necessary records and persons to provide location service of PAETEC’s Facilities upon receipt of a locate call or as promptly as possible, but in no event later than two working days. A copy of the agreement or proof of membership shall be filed with the City Engineer.
Blue Stake. Company and its Contractor(s) shall comply with A.R.S. §§ 40-360.21 through 40- 360.32 by participating as a member of the Arizona Blue Stake Center with the necessary records and persons to provide location service of Company’s underground Facilities upon receipt of a locate call or as promptly as possible, but in no event later than two working days. A copy of the agreement or proof of membership shall be filed with the City Engineer.
Blue Stake. Wireless Provider shall register with and comply with the local Blue Stake program.
Blue Stake. Trucom and its subcontractor(s) shall comply with A.R.S. §§ 40-360.21 through 40-360.32 by participating as a member of the Arizona Blue Stake Center with the necessary records and persons to provide location service of Trucom’s Facilities upon receipt of a locate call or as promptly as possible, but in no event later than two working days. A copy of the agreement or proof of membership shall be filed with the City Engineer.
Blue Stake. AT&T and its Contractor(s) shall comply with A.R.S. §§ 40-360.21 through 40- 360.32 by participating as a member of the Arizona Blue Stake Center with the necessary records and persons to provide location service of AT&T’s Facilities upon receipt of a locate call or as promptly as possible, but in no event later than two working days. A copy of the agreement or proof of membership shall be filed with the City Engineer.
Blue Stake. MCI and its Contractors shall comply with A.R.S. §§ 40-360.21 through 40- 360.32 by participating as a member of the Arizona Blue Stake Center with the necessary records and persons to provide location service of MCI’s Facilities upon receipt of a locate call or as promptly as possible, but in no event later than two (2) working days. A copy of the agreement or proof of membership shall be filed with the City Engineer.
Blue Stake. Alluvion and its Contractor(s) shall comply with A.R.S. §§ 40-360.21 through 40-360.32 by participating as a member of the Arizona Blue Stake Center with the necessary records and persons to provide location service of Alluvion’s Facilities upon receipt of a locate call or as promptly as possible, but in no event later than two working days. A copy of the agreement or proof of membership shall be filed with the City Engineer.
Blue Stake. XO and its Contractor(s) shall comply with A.R.S. §§ 40-360.21 through 40-360.32 by participating as a member of the Arizona Blue Stake Center with the necessary records and persons to provide location service of XO’s Facilities upon receipt of a locate call or as promptly as possible, but in no event later than two working days. A copy of the agreement or proof of membership shall be filed with the City Engineer.
Blue Stake. Contractor is responsible for calling all its Blue Stake requests prior to any excavation and shall comply with the Arizona Blue Stake Law. All necessary blue staking will be the Contractors’ responsibility. Blue stake log numbers will be supplied to the City Representative prior to the start of a project or phase or as otherwise directed.
