Administrative Transfers The District reserves the right to transfer personnel as conditions may require. Seniority and posting shall not apply in an administrative transfer involving two permanent employees. Transfers of this nature will be discussed with the exclusive representative's agent prior to final disposition. Except in the case of an emergency, (as defined by the District), the exclusive representative and the affected employee(s) will be given at least two (2) weeks advance written notice.
Administrative Transfer Administrative Transfer is a transfer of a Teacher from one school to another, which is initiated by the Board, to address program and staffing needs which may not be addressed through the mobility process

Employee Transfers In the event an Employee is transferred between Participating Employers, accumulated service and eligibility shall be carried with the Employee involved. No such transfer shall effect a termination of employment hereunder, and the Participating Employer to which the Employee is transferred shall thereupon become obligated hereunder with respect to such Employee in the same manner as was the Participating Employer from whom the Employee was transferred.
Online Banking Transactions At the present time, you may use Online Banking to: • Transfer funds between your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings, checking and Club accounts. • Obtain account balance and transaction history on your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Obtain information on your loan account balance, transaction history, payment due dates, loan payoff amounts and finance charges. • Review available copies of eStatements and tax information. • Make bill payments from your checking account using the Bill Pay service. Transactions involving your savings and checking accounts will be subject to the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement. Transactions involving your loan accounts will be subject to your applicable Loan Agreement and Disclosures.
Telephone Transfers A telephone transfer of funds from this account to another account with us, if otherwise arranged for or permitted, may be made by the same persons and under the same conditions generally applicable to withdrawals made in writing. Unless a different limitation is disclosed in writing, we restrict the number of transfers from a savings account to another account or to third parties, to a maximum of six per month (less the number of "preauthorized transfers" during the month). Other account transfer restrictions may be described elsewhere.
Alternative Transfer Mechanism The parties agree that the data export solution identified in Section 8.2 shall not apply if and to the extent that MailChimp adopts an alternative data export solution for the lawful transfer of Personal Data (as recognized under EU Data Protection Laws) outside of the EEA (“Alternative Transfer Mechanism”), in which event, the Alternative Transfer Mechanism shall apply instead (but only to the extent such Alternative Transfer Mechanism extends to the territories to which Personal Data is transferred). Transfer to a safe job (a) Where an employee is pregnant and, in the opinion of a registered medical practitioner, illness or risks arising out of the pregnancy or hazards connected with the work assigned to the employee make it inadvisable for the employee to continue at her present work, the employee will, if the employer deems it practicable, be transferred to a safe job at the rate and on the conditions attaching to that job until the commencement of maternity leave.
Medical Transfers The District shall give alternate work, when it is available, to a Unit Member who has become medically unable to satisfactorily perform the Unit Member’s regular job classification duties. The alternate work may constitute lateral transfer or voluntary transfer to a lower classification. The District may require a statement from a licensed physician certifying that the Unit Member is medically able to perform the duties of the alternate work.
Automatic transfer to new card account If you are issued with a replacement card with a different card number, you will need to re-establish any recurring payment instructions you have with your respective billing organization(s) to avoid any disruption to your bill payments and/or lapses in your policies (where applicable) and we will not be liable for any loss or damages incurred by you in connection with your failure to do such update. Further, if your recurring payment instruction is with a Specified Organisation named in xxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx/recurringmerchants, you agree that we may, but are not obliged to, automatically charge your bills to such replacement card.
