Board of Rights. Notwithstanding Section 4.865 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code, a grievance filed following a decision by a Board of Rights may be submitted for arbitration. The request for arbitration must be filed within fifteen (15) calendar days following the decision of the Board of Rights. Failure of the grievant to serve such written notice within said time period shall constitute waiver of the grievance.
Board of Rights. The Board, on its own behalf and on behalf of the City of Long Branch, hereby retains and reserves unto itself without limitations all powers, rights, authority, duties and responsibilities conferred upon and vested in it by the laws and the Constitution of the State of New Jersey and of the United States, including all decisional law and rules and regulations of the State Department of Education and Commissioner of Education of the State of New Jersey, including, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following rights:
