BOARD OF TRUSTEES RIGHTS. Section 1 - The Board of Trustees of the College, in its own behalf and on behalf of the electors of the College, hereby retains and reserves unto itself, all rights, power, authorities, duties, and responsibilities conferred upon and vested in it by the statutes and the Constitution of the State of Michigan and the statutes and the Constitution of the United States of America. These rights and the responsibilities shall include but not be limited to the following as deemed necessary and advisable by the Board.
