BOARD Payment for US Department of Labor Tests/Vaccines. In the event any employee who is required, pursuant to the regulations of the United States Department of Labor, to be given the opportunity to receive Hepatitis B tests/vaccine exercises this opportunity, the cost of same shall be paid by the BOARD provided the employee utilizes the physician selected by the BOARD to provide this service.
