Board Policy Consultation. The Board will provide to the Union a copy, electronically or otherwise, of any suggested change to those Board policies which confer a direct benefit on employees at least one (1) month prior to the Board’s formal consideration of the policy proposal in order to allow the Union an opportunity to make a submission to the Board at the meeting which will consider the new or revised policy. A copy of Board minutes will be sent to the Union President.
