Common use of Board Retention of Sick Days Clause in Contracts

Board Retention of Sick Days. All sick leave days accumulated by any teacher in his/her current allowance or those days transferred to the Master Sick Bank from his/her current allowance shall be subject only to the contingent liability of actual sick claim use by the teacher or the Master Sick Bank. All sick leave days which are not used by the teacher or the Master Sick Bank during the period of his/her employment shall not be subject to any other type or kind of claim in any form whatsoever by the teacher or the TEA when his/her employment has terminated.
