Board Support and Assistance. The Board recognizes its responsibility to give all reasonable support and assistance to teachers with respect to the maintenance of control and discipline in the classroom. Whenever it appears that a particular pupil requires the attention of special counselors, social workers, law enforcement personnel, physicians, or other professional persons, the Board will take reasonable steps to relieve the teacher of responsibility with respect to such pupils.

Whenever Only people with expertise shall be consulted whenever it appears that a particular pupil student requires the attention of special teachers, special counselors, social workers, law enforcement personnel, physicians, physicians or other professional persons. When a problem with a student verified as being served as a handicapped child as defined in Chapter 89 and PL 94-142 occurs, the Board principal shall convene the Individual Education Plan Team which will take reasonable steps to relieve handle the teacher of responsibility with respect to such pupilsproblem from that point.
