BOARDS' DECISIONS FINAL. The decision as to whether an Action is a Matching Action shall be a decision solely for the Boards of P&O Princess and Carnival, which may obtain appropriate professional advice in connection with such determination if they, in their sole discretion, consider it to be appropriate. Any such decision made by the Boards of P&O Princess and Carnival in accordance with this Clause 4 shall be final and binding.
