Investment Decisions. Investment, trading, lending or other financial decisions, strategies or recommendations with respect to Investments, whether on behalf of the Master Servicer or any Affiliate thereof, the Special Servicer or any Affiliate thereof, the Operating Advisor or any Affiliate thereof, the Certificate Administrator or any Affiliate thereof, or the Trustee or any Affiliate thereof, as applicable, or any Person on whose behalf the Master Servicer or any Affiliate thereof, the Special Servicer or any Affiliate thereof, the Operating Advisor or any Affiliate thereof, the Certificate Administrator or any Affiliate thereof, or the Trustee or any Affiliate thereof, as applicable, has discretion in connection with Investments.
Investment Decisions. Investment, trading, lending or other financial decisions, strategies or recommendations with respect to Investments, whether on behalf of the Servicer or any Affiliate thereof, the Special Servicer or any Affiliate thereof, the Certificate Administrator or any Affiliate thereof, as applicable, or any Person on whose behalf the Servicer or any Affiliate thereof or the Special Servicer or any Affiliate thereof has discretion in connection with Investments.
Investment Decisions means decisions in relation to buying, selling or holding any investment, engaging or removing an investment manager, emulation, rebalancing, asset allocation, hedging, treasury or risk management, or any other trading or investment decision.

Examples of Investment Decisions in a sentence

  • The General Partner shall form and maintain an investment committee as a committee of the General Partner (the “Investment Committee”), which will make all Major Investment Decisions.

  • When the Custodian is directed to invest in assets in accordance with Account Owner’s Investment Decisions, including assets that are not publicly traded, the Custodian shall not have any responsibility or liability of the entity or the broker/agent involved does not settle the trade in accordance with the trade executed by the account owner.

More Definitions of Investment Decisions

Investment Decisions means have the power and authority to acquire, hold, manage, own, sell, transfer, convey, assign, exchange, pledge or otherwise dispose of the Company’s interests in Securities or any other investments made or other property held by the Company.

The objective in retaining the third party adviser is to allow the Members to make informed decisions consistent with their fiduciary responsibilities as trustees. In the case of the sale or disposition of Getty Images Stock, the adviser will also consider the effect that such transaction will have on reducing the size of the block position of the remaining Getty Images Stock then held by the Company. As used in this Article 4.13, "Getty Images Stock" shall include the common stock of Getty Images, along with any other securities of Getty Images or any other company issued in distribution, reclassification, readjustment, conversion or exchange of the common stock of Getty Images."
Investment Decisions means, with respect to the Special Servicer, investment, trading, lending or other financial decisions, strategies or recommendations with respect to Restricted Investments, whether on behalf of the Special Servicer or any Affiliate thereof, as applicable, or any Person on whose behalf the Special Servicer or any Affiliate thereof, as applicable, has discretion in connection with Restricted Investments, and with respect to the Master Servicer, investment, trading, lending or other financial decisions, strategies or recommendations with respect to Restricted Investments, whether on behalf of the Master Servicer or any Affiliate thereof, as applicable, or any Person on whose behalf the Master Servicer or any Affiliate thereof, as applicable, has discretion in connection with Restricted Investments.
