Study Area The study area focused on the Bulk Power System in South-Eastern New York between Albany and New York City, and voltages underlying systems at 115 kV and above in the lower Xxxxxx Valley (Zones G, H & I). In the PSS™E power flow base case provided by NYISO, facilities rated at 115 kV and above in PSS™E designated areas 6 through 11 are monitored in the study. STOPWORK MEETINGS 30.1 Subject to subsections 30.2 to 30.5, the employer shall allow every employee covered by this Agreement to attend, on ordinary pay, at least two meetings (each of a maximum of two hours' duration) in each year (being the period beginning on the 1st day of January and ending on the following 31st day of December) with their representatives.

Operations Fire An “Operations Fire” is a fire caused by Purchaser’s Operations other than a Neg- ligent Fire. Forest Service, except as provided in B7.3, shall use cooperative deposits under B4.218 to perform fire sup- pression activities on Operations Fires. Xxxxxxxxx agrees to reimburse Forest Service for such cost for each Opera- tions Fire, subject to a maximum of the dollar amount stated in A14. The cost of Purchaser’s actions, supplies, and equipment on any such fire provided pursuant to B7.3, or otherwise at the request of Forest Service, shall be credited toward such maximum. If Purchaser’s actual cost exceeds Purchaser’s obligation stated in A14, Forest Service shall reimburse Purchaser for the excess.
Exception Where Databases Contain Sufficient Information A Reporting Financial Institution is not required to perform the paper record search described in subparagraph D.2. of this section if the Reporting Financial Institution’s electronically searchable information includes the following:
Project Managers; Meetings 10.1 Promptly following the Effective Date, each Party shall designate a Project Manager responsible for coordinating the Party’s Work and shall provide the other Party with a written notice containing the name and contact information of such Project Manager (“Project Manager”). In no event shall any Project Manager be authorized to amend or modify the provisions of this Agreement. Each Party may change its Project Manager, from time to time, by written notice to the other Party.
