Boiler Insurance. Tenant shall maintain with respect to each Facility boiler and pressure vessel insurance, including an endorsement for boiler business interruption insurance, on any fixtures or equipment which are capable of bursting or exploding, in an amount not less than Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) for damage to property, bodily injury or death resulting from such perils.

Boiler Insurance. If there is a boiler or other pressured vessel or a sprinkler system in any building on the Property, the insurance to be obtained by you must cover loss or damage caused by the boiler or other pressured vessel and equipment operated with it or caused by the sprinkler system;
Boiler Insurance. At all times when a “boiler,” as that term is defined for the purposes of boiler insurance, is located within the Demised Premises, Tenant shall carry, at its expense, boiler insurance with policy limits of not less than Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) insuring both Landlord and Tenant against loss or liability caused by the operation or malfunction of such boiler.
Boiler Insurance. Policies of insurance against loss or damage to the major components of the air-conditioning and/or heating system, fly wheel, steam pipes, steam turbines, steam engines, steam boilers, other pressure vessels, high- pressure piping and machinery if any, such as are installed in the buildings and improvements in an amount reasonably satisfactory to the Mortgagee.
Boiler Insurance. At all times when a “boiler,” as that term is defined for the purposes of boiler insurance, is located within the Leased Premises, Tenant shall carry, at its expense, boiler insurance with policy limits of not less than One Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($100,000.00) insuring both Landlord and Tenant against loss or liability caused by the operation or malfunction of such boiler. If no so-called boiler is located within the Leased Premises, then this Section 7.7 shall not apply to Tenant.
Boiler Insurance. Loss or damage by explosion of steam boilers, pressure vessels or similar apparatus, now or hereafter installed in the Premises, in such limits with respect to any one accident as reasonably determined by Landlord from time to time; and
Boiler Insurance. The Contractor shall purchase and maintain boiler and machinery insurance machinery and/or inland marine installation floater required by the contract documents or by law, which shall specifically cover such insured objects like machinery, equipment, and other similar property during installation and prior to installation and until final acceptance by the Owner; this insurance shall include interests of the Owner, Contractor, Subcontractors and Sub-subcontractors in the work and be at least in the amount of the actual cash value of the property being installed.

Boiler Insurance. Tenant hereby agrees, at Tenant's expense and during the entire Term hereof, to obtain and keep in full force and effect a policy of boiler broad form insurance, if any is applicable, in the amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00). The insurance shall be with an insurance company approved by Landlord and a copy of the policy or certificate of insurance shall be delivered to Landlord no later than the commencement date hereof.
