The headings in this Contract are for purposes of convenience and reference only and shall not in any way define, limit, extend or otherwise affect the meaning or interpretation of any of the terms hereof. The words “will” and “shall” denote a mandatory requirement or obligation. The words “hereof,” “herein” and “hereunder” and words of similar import when used in this Contract shall refer to this Contract as a whole and not to any particular section. The words “including,” “including without limitation,” and words of similar import shall not be deemed restrictive but rather shall be deemed illustrative examples.
