Awards (1) The tribunal, in its award, shall set out its findings of law and fact, together with the reasons therefore, and may, at the request of a Contracting Party, award the following forms of relief:
Service Awards In consideration of the provision of services, COMPANY to pay EMPLOYEE, as compensation; The gross amount of RMB annually calculated at the rate of twelve (12) equal monthly installments consecutively of RMB each.
Bonuses Executive shall be entitled to participate in discretionary bonuses or other incentive compensation programs that the Company and the Bank may award from time to time to senior management employees pursuant to bonus plans or otherwise.
Incentive Compensation During the Term, Executive shall be eligible to receive cash incentive compensation as determined by the Board or the Committee, in its sole discretion, from time to time. For the Company’s 2017 fiscal year, Executive’s target annual incentive compensation shall be 45% of Executive’s Base Salary, and will be awarded based on the objective and/or subjective criteria established and approved by the Board or the Committee, as applicable. The Board or Committee shall have the sole discretion to determine whether Executive has earned any bonus and, if so, the amount of such bonus.
Incentive Plans During the Term of this Agreement, Executive shall be entitled to participate in all bonus, incentive compensation and performance based compensation plans, and other similar policies, practices, programs and arrangements of the Company, now in effect or as hereafter amended or established, on a basis that is commensurate with his position and no less favorable than those generally applicable or made available to other executives of the Company.
