Bookstore Discount. All full-time and contingent faculty members, the faculty members’ spouses, and dependents as defined by the IRS shall be entitled to receive a twenty percent (20%) discount on books and a ten percent (10%) discount on all other merchandise purchased at the Bookstore except special orders, sales books, class and alumni rings, cap and gown rentals and purchases, computer software, periodicals, discounted merchandise, computer hardware, stamps, health and beauty aids, food snacks and beverages.

Bookstore Discount. Western will use its best efforts to secure from any bookstore vendor a discount to bargaining unit members of ten percent (10%) on all purchases of one dollar ($1.00) or more made at Western’s Campus Bookstore. Western will apply the bookstore discount to any item ordered specially by the Bookstore for a person eligible for the discount if the item is of the type normally carried as a part of the Bookstore’s merchandise line. The discount shall apply only to the first copy of any given book.
