Booster Pumps. 1) Where a booster pump has been installed on the service line to or within any premises, such pump shall be equipped with a low pressure cut-off device designed to shut-off the booster pump when the pressure in the service line on the suction side of the pump drops to twenty (20) psi or less. 2) It shall be the duty of the water customer to maintain the low pressure cut-off device in proper working order and to certify in writing to the Director of Public Works at least once a year that the device is in proper working order.
Booster Pumps. In the event the Purchaser installs booster pumps for the lines that the Purchaser directly connects to the Metered Point, the Purchaser shall submit plans and specifications for those pumps to the Seller for the Seller’s review and approval. The Purchaser shall not install those pumps without Seller's prior, written approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. Those pumps will meet the Seller's standard specifications for booster pumps connected to the Seller's water system.

Booster Pumps. Buyer is aware that owners of lots 5, 6, 7, and 8 shall be required to install a domestic water booster pump and associated equipment to service the home. Owner shall install and maintain in good condition and working order.
Booster Pumps. A low pressure cut off switch shall be installed on booster pumps to prevent the creation of pressures less than 5 PSI on the suction side of the pump. A shut off valve shall be installed on the suction side of the water system and within 5 ft from the pump suction inlet, and a pressure gauge shall be installed between the shut off valve and booster pump.
Booster Pumps. The booster pumps shall be close-coupled, horizontal end suction centrifugal type fitted with a mechanical seal to prevent leakage. The mechanical seal shall be suitable for water temperatures from 32 degrees F to 212 degrees F. The pump shall be suitable for a maximum operating pressure of 150 psig. The pump motors shall be totally enclosed, fan cooled, energy efficient, inverter duty and suitable for 480 volt, 60 Hz, 3 phase power supply as specified in Section 16158. The pumps performance shall be stable and free from cavitation and noise throughout the full operating range.

  • Underground Storage Tanks In accordance with the requirements of Section 3(g) of the D.C. Underground Storage Tank Management Act of 1990, as amended by the District of Columbia Underground Storage Tank Management Act of 1990 Amendment Act of 1992 (D.C. Code § 8-113.01, et seq.) (collectively, the “UST Act”) and the applicable D.C. Underground Storage Tank Regulations, 20 DCMR Chapter 56 (the “UST Regulations”), District hereby informs the Developer that it has no knowledge of the existence or removal during its ownership of the Property of any “underground storage tanks” (as defined in the UST Act). Information pertaining to underground storage tanks and underground storage tank removals of which the D.C. Government has received notification is on file with the District Department of the Environment, Underground Storage Tank Branch, ▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇.▇., ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇.▇., ▇▇▇▇▇, telephone (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇.   • Power System Stabilizers The Developer shall procure, install, maintain and operate Power System Stabilizers in accordance with the requirements identified in the Interconnection Studies conducted for Developer’s Large Generating Facility. NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner reserve the right to reasonably establish minimum acceptable settings for any installed Power System Stabilizers, subject to the design and operating limitations of the Large Generating Facility. If the Large Generating Facility’s Power System Stabilizers are removed from service or not capable of automatic operation, the Developer shall immediately notify the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. The requirements of this paragraph shall not apply to wind generators.
