The 'Borrower Affiliates' clause defines which entities are considered affiliates of the borrower for the purposes of the agreement. Borrower Affiliates. Borrower has no Borrower Affiliates or Subsidiaries except as set forth on Schedule 5.1(c).
Borrower Affiliates.
