Brick Masonry. (a) Bricklaying masonry shall consist of the laying of bricks made from any material in, under or upon any structure or form of work where bricks are used, whether in the ground, or over its surface, or beneath water; in commercial buildings, rolling xxxxx, iron works, blast or smelter furnaces, lime or brick kilns, in mines or fortifications and in all underground work, such as sewers, telegraphs, electric and telephone conduits. Brick Masonry. Wherever the brick masonry shall involve in the execution of work, the same shall be carried out as per PWD Specifications. All the instructions regarding workmanship such as bond and laying, joints straightness, face work raking of joints and scaffolding etc. shall be followed as per the PWD Specifications. The masonry shall be carried out in the cement mortar. Corbelling, Coping and Cornices shall be executed as per specifications. 4 ½” and 3” thick masonry partition walls. Partition walls shall be constructed as per PWD Specifications.
Brick Masonry. First class Bricks: Brick shall be sound, hard, tough, rectangular in shape and size, well burnt of uniform deep red or copper colour and conform to IS – 1077.Brick shall be free from cracks, chips, flaws, stone or humps of any kind. Bricks shall be homogeneous in texture and evict a clear ringing sound on being struck and shall have a minimum compressive strength of 50KG / xx.xx. and shall not absorb water more than 20% of its weight, when soaked cold water for 24 Hrs. All bricks shall be table moulded. Second Class Bricks: These shall be ground moulded but should otherwise conform to the specifications of first class bricks except for some surface cracks are allowable. These shall have minimum compressive strength of 50 Kg./xx.xx. Samples of each type of brick, shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before being used. All subsequent deliveries shall be up to the standards of the approved samples. Brickwork shall conform to TNBP31 and IS –2212.Brick works shall be classified as first or second class according to the classification of bricks used and the method of laying. The thickness of joints shall not exceed 6 mm. In first class brickwork and 10 mm in second class brick work. Bricks shall be well soaked before use on works for at least 6 hrs. The soaked bricks shall be kept on wooden planks or platform. Brick required for masonry with clay or lime mortars shall not be soaked. Brick work shall be laid with specified mortar to be prepared in accordance with IS –2250. Brick works shall be laid in English Bond unless otherwise specified. Half or cut bricks shall not be used except when needed to complete the bond. Each course shall be taken up truly plumb, if battered, the batter is to be truly maintained. The level of brickwork shall be checked up at every one metre interval. Bricks shall be laid with frogs upward, while laying bricks shall be thoroughly bedded and flushed in mortar and taped into position with a wooden mallet and the superfluous mortar removed. Walls of all structures shall be carried up regularly in all cases, leaving no part, one metre lower than the other. Where the masonry of one part has to be delayed, the work shall be raked back according to bond (and not toothed) an angle not exceeding 45 Deg. But the raking back should not start within 60cm. of a corner vertical joints in alternate courses shall come directly over one another. Brick Masonry a) Manufacture : Common burnt clay building bricks shall conform to the requirements of IS:1077 and shall be of quality not less than class 20 with moisture absorption rate not exceeding 15 percent as defined in IS:1077. The bricks shall be chamber burnt and shall have sharp corners and smooth faces and shall not be damaged in any manner and sizes shall conform to the works sizes specified with tolerances as given in 6.2 IS:1077.

Garbage may be placed in dumpsters only. If a dumpster is full, do not place garbage on or around the dumpster, find an empty dumpster to place your garbage into. Bags of garbage may not be set outside your camper for any reason. Disposal or deposit of hazardous or toxic waste is prohibited. No gas, oil, batteries, or car fluids may be deposited into the dumpsters or around the dumpsters. Hazardous materials will not be disposed of by the garbage service. Disposal or deposit of furniture, barbeque grills, washer, dryers, and other large household items are NOT permitted on, in or around the dumpsters. Holding Tanks ~ There is no size restriction on holding tanks, however, they must be opaque XX xxxx/black water approved tanks. The on-site dump station may be used to empty tanks that hold 50 gallons or less. For tanks over 50 gallons Camper must contract with a pumping service to pump and remove tank contents from campground. No dumping of xxxx water onto the ground. Docks ~ Campground does NOT have a lifeguard on duty. The docks are privately owned. In order to be on someone's dock you must receive permission from the dock owner. An adult must accompany all children on the docks after dark. Life jackets are required for young children fishing off docks. Running, diving, and/or horseplay are not allowed on the docks. All debris and toys must be removed from the docks, beach and marina area. Inappropriate behavior, intoxication or shouting on docks is not allowed. Glass is not allowed on the beach area. Jet skies, wave runners, etc. are not permitted in the marina area. Tires cannot be left in the marina area under boats or tied onto docks. Fish House ~ Clean up fish cleaning facility when done with your fish cleaning and bag all fish remains. Fish cleaning house must be kept clean and all fish waste must be put into plastic bags and deposited into dumpster and cover on dumpster closed. No dumping of fish wastes into marina or dog waste stations! Swimming Pool ~ Campers are required to abide by all rules posted in and around the pool area.
