Boys’ and Girls’ Basketball. Play-Ins, Qtrs., Semi Finals and Finals three (3) officials who have been certified by their association in 3-person mechanics will be assigned and work the floor. In addition, games played at a professional arena, when available by request, 3 officials will be assigned.

Fee will be as follows: 2019-2020 – base fee $105.00 2020-2021 – base fee $110.00 2021-2022 – base fee $115.00 The premium for each year will be: Play-Ins, Qtrs. – 5% Semi Finals – 10% Finals – 30% In addition, games played at professional arenas, when available by request, officials will be paid the above fees for 3 officials.

  • Platby In consideration for the proper performance of the Study by Site in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, payments shall be made in accordance with the provisions set forth in Attachment A, with the last payment being made after the Site completes all its obligations hereunder, including without limitation answering all CRF-related queries, and IQVIA has received all properly completed CRFs and Site has returned or destroyed, at Sponsor’s option, all other Confidential Information (as defined below) in accordance with this Agreement. V souvislosti s řádným plněním Studie Místem provádění klinického hodnocení, a to v souladu s podmínkami a ustanoveními této Smlouvy, budou poskytovány platby dle podmínek a ustanovení definovaných v Příloze A, přičemž poslední platba bude uskutečněna poté, co Místo provádění klinického hodnocení splní a dokončí veškeré závazky, jež mu vyplývají z této Smlouvy, např. zodpovězení všech dotazů k formulářům CRF, a IQVIA obdrží veškeré řádně vyplněné CRF a Místo provádění klinického hodnocení podle uvážení Zadavatele vrátí nebo zničí veškeré další Důvěrné informace (ve smyslu níže uvedené definice). Předpokládaná hodnota finančního plnění dle této Smlouvy činí přibližně 941 684Kč.

  • Safety Footwear 1. The State will provide employees in the classifications listed in Section 7 below, and employees who are currently required to wear safety footwear by Department Work Rules, an allowance of one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) for replacement of safety footwear.
