Breach reporting mechanism. The Authorities may share the information at their disposal received via their breach-reporting mechanism in relation to supervised entities, if such exchange of information is necessary and proportionate. An exchange of information in this regard will be subject to any relevant statutory provisions, including those restricting disclosure, and the terms of this Memorandum of Understanding.
