Break in Employment Rules. A Participant who xxxxxx from employment with the Employer shall have the distribution of the Account made pursuant to Article VI. Any re-employed Participant who is an Employee may re-enter the Plan as provided in Section 3.4. Such Participant shall have an Account balance equal to his undistributed Account balance, if any, during the new period of participation.
