Breaker failure protection for the 115kV breaker will trip the appropriate adjacent breakers and send direct transfer trip to Connecting Transmission Owner’s Mohican and Schaghticoke Substations. For loss of SF6, the breaker must trip and block close. DTT receive from Schaghticoke and Mohican Substations will be required to trip the Interconnection Customer’s 115kV breaker for a line relay operation or breaker failure at Schaghticoke and Mohican Substations.
