Breaking Ties. In the event two (2) or more employees have the same service credit, the person whose date of employment with the County is chronologically first will be considered as having greater service credits. In the event that two (2) or more employees have the same service credit and the same date of employment with the County, layoff will be determined by the drawing of lots.
