Broadcast Aggregate. Supply aggregate for the wearing surface that complies with subsection 1102.2d. Supply sand with less than 1% moisture and 95 percent passing the No. 8 sieve and 95 percent retained on the No. 20 sieve. This gradation is intended to allow the use of commercial-quality blast sands of No. 8/20 or 10/20. The Engineer may approve alternate gradations.
