Broker for Sale of Shopping Centers. The Purchaser and the Sellers represent and warrant to each other that Cushman and Wakefield (the "Broker") is the sole broker w▇▇▇ ▇▇▇m the▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇alt in connection with the Property and the transactions described herein.
