Brokers, Finders and Advisors. Buyer will pay the costs related to any broker, finder, financial advisor, legal counsel, accountant or similar agent engaged by Buyer in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated herein and Buyer will indemnify Seller from any such costs.
