Broom Clean Sample Clauses

Broom Clean. For improved lots, the Seller agrees to remove all of its possessions and property which are not part of the Property from the Property prior to Closing. The Seller also agrees to maintain the grounds, buildings and improvements subject to ordinary wear and tear. The Buildings shall be vacant and in "broom clean" condition on the date of Closing.
