Buildings and Improvements definition

Buildings and Improvements means the buildings and improvements situated on the Land, including all fixtures and permanent piping therein, which includes the systems for the supply and collection of steam and condensate.
Buildings and Improvements means all buildings, structures, installations, fixtures, trade fixtures, building equipment and other improvements.
Buildings and Improvements means all of the right, title and interest of the Seller in all plant, buildings, structures, erections, improvements, fixtures and appurtenances situated on or forming part of any of the Owned Lands as set out in the Disclosure Schedule.

More Definitions of Buildings and Improvements

Buildings and Improvements means all of the right, title and interest of the Vendor in all plant, buildings, structures, erections, improvements, fixtures and appurtenances situated on or forming part of any of the Owned Lands or Leased Premises;
Buildings and Improvements means any plants, buildings, structures, erections, improvements, fixtures and appurtenances situated on or forming part of any of the Surface Lands.
Buildings and Improvements means the buildings, structures, yards, drains, bores, bore drains, wells, ground tanks, reservoirs, dams, levee banks, fences, gates, grids, ramps, roads, private telephone lines, private power lines, water pumps, wiring, water pipes, gas pipes, sheds, dips, mailboxes, huts, cottages, homesteads, outbuildings, swimming pools, tennis courts and plant and equipment on the Property; (It is common to amend this definition depending upon whether the lessor is retaining any right to use Buildings and improvements such as the residence or sheds situated on the Property.)
Buildings and Improvements means, collectively, all buildings, structures, installations, fixtures, trade fixtures, building equipment and other improvements owned by either Company or owned by Seller and used primarily in the Leased Real Property.
Buildings and Improvements means all buildings and improvements on the Land and includes buildings and improvements constructed during the term of this Lease.

  • Leasehold Improvements means all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located on any Leased Real Property which are owned by any Group Company, regardless of whether title to such buildings, structures, improvements or fixtures are subject to reversion to the landlord or other Third Party upon the expiration or termination of the Lease for such Leased Real Property.
