Brush Control. During each cycle the Contractor shall cut and remove brush and plant growth up to two (2) inches in diameter and up to seven (7) feet in height along right-of-way, undeveloped lots or properties and along fence lines and walls so it does not encroach onto the County’s right-of-way. Areas behind power poles shall be mowed at least one mower pass to the right-of-way line. This work will be performed in conjunction with the mowing cycle by the contractor. The cost of brush control will be included in the unit price bid for mowing. Tree trimming/elevating is not part of this contract. Low hanging limbs over the right of way will be addressed by the County maintenance Unit.
