Common use of BUDGET LIMITATION Clause in Contracts

BUDGET LIMITATION. Manager will be responsible and accountable to the School for the provision of the Educational Services, provided, however, that such obligations, duties and responsibilities are limited by the Budget established pursuant to Section 1.2(a)(v) below. Therefore, notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in Section 1.1(a) or (b) above, Manager shall have no obligation to perform any Educational Services not contemplated by the Budget and will not be required to expend funds on Educational Services in excess of the amounts set forth in such Budget.
