Incumbent Rights. When a position, positions or an entire class of positions is reclassified, the incumbents in the positions shall be entitled to serve in the new position and shall be reallocated to the higher class.

Incumbent Rights. When an entire class of positions is reclassified, the incumbent unit members in the positions shall be entitled to serve in the new positions.
