Budget Line Item Adjustments. Modifications to uses of such Grant Funds shall be made in accordance with §4.4 of Exhibit B. For line item adjustments, the State will provide written notice to Grantee in a form substantially equivalent to Exhibit G (“Option Letter”). If exercised, the provisions of the Option Letter shall become part of, and be incorporated into, this Grant.

Budget Line Item Adjustments. 4.4.1.Grantee may request that DOLA move Grant Funds between and among budget line items, so long as the total amount of Grant Funds remains unchanged. To make such budget line item changes, DOLA will use an Option Letter (Exhibit G).

Budget Line Item Adjustments. Line item adjustments shall not increase the total CDBG-DR funds or the total amount of the project delivery budget awarded in this Agreement unless adjusted by an amendment. The Delegate has authority to adjust project budget line item amounts in order to transfer unexpended awarded funds between the projects listed in this Appendix B-1. Prior to making any such line item adjustments, the Delegate must obtain written approval from the City to ensure we stay compliant with the overall Grant’s budget requirements. The Delegate’s Responsible Administrator shall submit a written request for adjustments to the City. Such request shall include the amount of such requested adjustments, the reason for the adjustments, and any necessary documentation to support the adjustments. If the City approves the request for adjustments, the City Manager will unilaterally execute an Option Letter accepting such request. The Delegate is not authorized to perform until it receives an executed Option Letter accepting such adjustment.

  • Budget Schedule Subrecipient agrees that the expenditures of any and all funds under this Contract will be in accordance with the Budget Schedule, a copy of which is attached hereto as Attachment C, and which by this reference is incorporated herein and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.

  • Contract Price Adjustment The basis upon which the Contract Price shall be adjusted is as set out in paragraph 9.2 of Schedule IVB.

  • Fee Adjustments The fixed fees and other fees expressed as stated dollar amounts in this Schedule C and in this Agreement are subject to annual increases, commencing on the one-year anniversary date of the date of this Agreement, in an amount equal to the percentage increase in consumer prices for services as measured by the United States Consumer Price Index entitled “All Services Less Rent of Shelter,” or a similar index should such index no longer be published, since such one-year anniversary or since the date of the last fee increase, as applicable.
