BUILDING CONTRACT PRICE. 4.1 The building contract price shall be Which shall either be paid to the Building Contractor by way of progress payments following clause 4.2 below or in the event of this being a CASH TRANSACTION, the amount of R shall be paid in Trust to the Attorneys.
