BUILDING ENGINEERING. Contractor provides services for both preventative and reactive maintenance to include tenant work orders. This includes routine repairs, replacement and maintenance services. These services include the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems, including plumbing, electrical, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC). Additional specific routine duties include sidewalk snow and ice removal, and parking lot enforcement. The contractor is also responsible for issuing keys, maintain key logs, making new keys, and cataloging all keys and related items located in the shop. The contractor also conducts and maintains an inventory of the parts, supplies, and tools located in the Xxxxxx / LPPG. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure they have appropriate supplies and tools and notify building management and the State facility manager in the vent additional supplies are needed.

  • Engineering Forest Service completed survey and design for Specified Roads prior to timber sale advertisement, unless otherwise shown in A8 or Purchaser survey and design are specified in A7. On those roads for which Forest Service completes the design during the contract, the design quantities shall be used as the basis for revising estimated costs stated in the Schedule of Items and adjusting Timber Sale Account. Forest Service engineering shall be completed according to the schedule in A8. Should Forest Service be unable to perform the designated survey and design by the completion date or other agreed to time, upon written agreement, Purchaser shall assume responsibility for such work. In such event, Contracting Officer shall revise:

  • Project Engineer If the Project has been designed by the Project Engineer, the Project Engineer is to act as the Owner's representative, assumes all duties and responsibilities, and has the rights and authority assigned to Project Engineer in the Contract Documents in connection with completion of the Work all in accordance with the Contract Documents.

The contour elevation and road profile elevations shall be referenced to NAVD ‘88 datum. In the event Developer’s engineer prepares the construction plans and specifications, the above information shall be a part of the extension construction plans to be reviewed and approved by the City’s Engineer. The final plat map shall be to the scale of 1-inch = 20 feet. The contour map shall have a scale of 1-inch = 20 feet and contour intervals of two (2) feet or less. The road profile sheets shall be to the scale of 1-inch = 20 feet. Developer shall provide a minimum of one benchmark, datum being NAVD ‘88, on the project site; and the elevation and location of the benchmark shall be indicated on the maps furnished by Developer.
