BUILDING MOVES. In accordance with applicable laws, the Franchisee shall, upon the request of any Person holding a building moving permit issued by the City, temporarily raise or lower its wires to permit the moving of the building(s). The Franchisee shall be given not less than thirty (30) days’ advance written notice to arrange for such temporary wire changes. The cost to raise or lower wires shall be borne exclusively by the Person(s) holding the building move permit.
