Common use of Building Working File Clause in Contracts

Building Working File. The supervisor/evaluator may maintain a Building Working File for the employees they supervise and/or evaluate, which shall be kept apart from the Personnel File. Such file may contain notes of pre- and post- evaluation conferences and observations that pertain to that employee’s evaluation. Only one Building Working File per employee may be maintained.
