RIGHTS OF THE EMPLOYER The Employer reserves and retains, solely and exclusively, all management rights, powers, and authority, including the right of management to manage, control, and direct its work forces and operations except those as may be modified under this Agreement.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EMPLOYER 1. The Employer agrees to display the following notices supplied by DHS in a prominent place that is clearly visible to prospective employees and all employees who are to be verified through the system:
Employment of Consultants Part A: General Consultants’ services shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of the Introduction and Section IV of the “Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers” published by the Bank in January 1997 and revised in September 1997 and January 1999 (the Consultant Guidelines) and the following provisions of Section II of this Schedule. RIGHTS OF EMPLOYER Any rights of the Employer which are not specifically mentioned in this Agreement and which are not contrary to its terms shall continue in full force and effect for the duration of this Agreement, always provided that such rights shall be exercised fairly, reasonably and in good faith.
RIGHTS OF THE BOARD A. The Board on its own behalf and on behalf of the electors of the district, hereby retains and reserves unto itself, without limitation, all powers, rights, authority, duties and responsibilities conferred upon and vested in it by the laws and the Constitution of the State of Michigan, and the United States, including, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the right;
Unpaid Leave - Affecting Seniority and Benefits Any employee granted unpaid leave of absence totalling up to twenty (20) working days in any year shall continue to accumulate seniority and all benefits and shall return to her/his former job and increment step. If an unpaid leave of absence or an accumulation of unpaid leaves of absence exceeds twenty (20) working days in any year, the employee shall not accumulate benefits from the twenty-first (21st) day of the unpaid leave to the last day of the unpaid leave but shall accumulate benefits and receive credit for previously earned benefits upon expiration of the unpaid leave.
RIGHTS OF THE UNION Section 4.1. The Union has the right and responsibility to represent the interests of all employees in the unit; to present its views to the District on matters of concern, either orally or in writing; and to enter collective negotiations with the object of reaching an agreement applicable to all employees within the bargaining unit.
Rights of Termination 10.1 The Company may in its sole discretion terminate this agreement by written notice to the Customer if:

Employers must provide reasonable accommodation in all employment activities unless to do so would cause an undue hardship.
RESTRICTIONS ON EMPLOYMENT OF FORMER STATE OFFICER OR EMPLOYEE The Engineer shall not hire a former state officer or employee of a state agency who, during the period of state service or employment, participated on behalf of the state agency in this agreement’s procurement or its negotiation until after the second anniversary of the date of the officer’s or employee’s service or employment with the state agency ceased.
