Inspection and Copies. Employees or a Union representative whom the employee has so designated in writing have the right to inspect the contents of their personnel file. Employees have the right to insert a reasonable amount of written material in rebuttal to administrative notices relating to job performance or disciplinary actions. Files must be reviewed in the presence of an appropriate administrator and may not be removed from the Human Resource Office. Authorized rebuttal materials may be forwarded to the Human Resources Office for placement in the official personnel file. Employees, at their expense, may request copies of materials from their files.

Inspection and Copies. Employees or the Association representative with written permission of the employee, shall have the right to inspect their personnel file. The employee or Association representative may request a copy and shall pay the cost of making copies from these files at the City's standard charge. Neither the file nor items in the file may be removed from the Human Resources Department. An employee may arrange with a supervisor to inspect the supervisor's file. Investigatory files may be inspected when the investigation is concluded at a time arranged for with the Chief of Police.

Inspection and Copies. At the request from time to time of any Operator, the Authority shall permit that Operator at any reasonable time to inspect :-
27.1 this Agreement;
27.2 all Incoming Operator’s Deeds; and
27.3 the register referred to in Clause 26 and, subject to payment of any reasonable copying charges, shall provide that Operator with copies of any such documents.
